About
Legend is one of the
handsome boys from our Inter-variety D Litter. The sire was
Multi Best in
Specialty Show Tervueren CH Grimmendan's Yucan (Imp
Blg) & the dam was Reserve in Specialty Show Malinois
CH Konrika Fraulein Crissa CDX HIT. The combination
produced 6 lovely Malinois puppies.
Legend achieved his Australian Championship title in
grand style winning substantial Challenges, Best of
Breeds, Puppy in Show, Puppy in Groups, Junior in Group
& last but not least a Royal Best of Breed. Most of this
was achieved at his first few outings aged only 10 - 12
months.
Legend then continued on towards his Grand Championship
title however in January 2010 the ANKC changed the rules
and although Legend achieved the 1000 point to qualify
in February 2010 sadly he was not awarded the title as
he was just a few weeks to late. A special thank
you goes to Amanda Doyle for all the time and effort she
spent on this quest - the ANKC's rule change is very
unfair.
Legend also has his
Pre Trial Herding Title,
Companion Dog Excellent Obedience Title,
Endurance Title and
BH Schutzhund Obedience Title - trained and handled by
Amanda Doyle.
Legend has retired from competition and now works as a
security dog at the Sunshine Coast.
